If you consent verbally during a phone call with Eagle Point Publishing (including calls handled by our AI receptionist at +1 (971) 451-3201), you authorize us to send you SMS text messages containing links, call summaries, or follow-up information you requested during that call. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply HELP for help. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts and we do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
